Financial Controlling Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics department
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Fluent in English
• Strong command of SAP FI- CO
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Having good communication and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines including a strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time,
• Experience of accounting, internal audit, regulatory compliance and/or risk management,
• Experience developing and maintaining audit and risk management programs and procedures,
• Experience in financial controlling activities on foreign offices’ OPEX and CAPEX’s,
• Ability to develop operating policies and procedures based on business needs,
• Knowledge of International Audit standards, practices and methodologies,

Job Description:

• Building strong, working relationships with senior leaders in organization to ensure organizational alignment and coordination to enable value stream execution
• Continuously manage process quality and data quality with compliance to internal standards and policies
• Building strong, working relationships with People Managers and Budget Planners to align business performance management methods directly to people commitments as well financial allocation classifications
• Consulting the management due to his/her expertise.
• Assist in prioritizing improvement needs for Continuous Improvement Strategy and provide input into strategic planning.
• In order to improve operational efficiency continuously, coordinates / controls action plans.
• Facilitate and ensure achieving of performance targets
• Cooperate with marketing for defining the prices due to costs and other financial effects.
