Assistant Manager of Reporting and Business Development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering or relevant departments,
• Preferably SAP knowledge, good knowledge of Ms Office programs (especially Excel),
• Minimum 5 years of work experience,
• Good command of English,
• Developed planning and organizational skills,
• Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication,
• Result oriented and able to manage time effectively,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours

Job Description:

• Preparation of monthly shipment plan readiness and resource planning,
• Preparing and tracking warehouse performance reporting,
• Preparing due diligence and comparison reports regarding sales, stock and suppliers,
• Tracking and reporting of planning performance targets, forecast reporting regarding the realization of the targets,
• Achieve the reporting system effective and efficient and developing it in line with the needs,
• Leading, coordinating, monitoring and reporting process improvement studies,
• Completing relevant reports on time,
• Process improvement and achievement of project goals,
• Working on the monthly stock forecast report on a product group basis. Ensuring stock control on the basis of product, customer and product group by consolidating the sales and product forecasts to be entered into the warehouse,
• Following up-to-date sales forecast data on company and product group basis,
• Control of expenses included in the financial statement on an operational unit basis (a KPI table in which expenses such as labor, packaging, etc. will be examined),
• Preparation of reports requested by HQ Germany Operations department,
• Creating technical calculation and follow-up files regarding the "cost saving" projects to be carried out.
