After Sales Technical Services Area Specialist

Position Criteria:

• Graduated from the departments of Motor, Automotive teaching, Mechanical Engineering of Universities,
• At least 2 years of technical service experience, preferably in the IAM Automotive sector,
• Technical knowledge of vehicle cooling/air conditioning and thermal management systems (cooling, heating, ventilation, battery thermal management, etc.)
• Good command of the language of the region and good knowledge of English,
• Advanced computer/MS Office knowledge, export/import process, knowledge about Free Zone legislation,
• Prone to teamwork, has effective communication skills, problem solving, analysis and follow-up ability is strong,
• Open to creative and innovative,
• No travel restriction,
• Active driving licence.

Job Description:

• Providing technical service to authorized dealers for thermal management systems components within our brand, analyzing and providing solutions when necessary,
• Registration of customer complaints and fault information from the region in the system,
• Identify the root cause of the error in customer complaints and offer solutions,
• Following the processes specified when the product should be given within the scope of good faith after the inspection of the defective products,
• To carry out planned customer visits, to inform the information about the point visited weekly with the Area Visiting Report
• Weekly review of customer complaints, analysis of customer visits, checking whether the product is delivered to the customer,
• Regular reporting of technical and operational processes,
• Preparation and providing technical training during client and field organizations.
