Sales Intern
SUMMARY:
The sales intern will be heavily involved in prototype coordination as well as assisting in quoting and business plan activities with the customer. He/she will work closely with program and account managers to gain a better understanding of how the customer center works and will communicate with other departments internally in order to complete assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquisition and contract management—usage of supplier portalS
- Assist director sales in managing global strategic initiatives & business planning
- Work with multiple departments to collect and organize information
- Support and develop tracking files for sales department
- Coordinate prototype shipments with the customer as well as internally
- Assist and support in special assignments and activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Class standing: Sophomore or Junioe
- Have an interest in the autotmotive idustry
- Experience with market data collection, CRM systems, and Microsoft Applications is a plus
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not requred
