Your Contribution:

As a Senior Quality Inspector reporting to the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure condition and calibration status of measuring equipment used is maintained. Understand the QMS procedures.  Understand and use  the MBMS System.
• Detection of non-conforming product being manufactured.
•  Involvement in PDCA Activities
• Compliant to systems and procedures within the Quality Department.
• Perform inspection and verification in accordance with procedures and drawings.
• Maintain Inspection records.

• Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Ensure the effective control of suspect / defective material.
• Perform Product Quality audit during production / Pre–Buy Off.
• Ensure condition and calibration status of measuring equipment used is maintained in accordance with procedures.
• Participate in problem solving with production and technical.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Matriculated with Maths
• Computer Literate. Proficient in Excel and have knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of drawings
• Working knowledge of measurement instruments.
• Minimum 5 years quality experience with understanding with OEM requirements.
