Your Role & Responsibilities

• Attendance of breakdowns.
• Actively participation in the Preventative Maintenance System
• Project participation in new machine installations and building changes.
• Participation in Environmental, Health & Safety activities

• Upkeep of Plant Facilities
• Completion of records in SAP.
• Rotational shift work and overtime.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Trade tested Millwright or electrician with mechanical experience.
• Post trade-test Industrial experience an advantage
• Environmental awareness

• Meet targets according to budget, laws & environmental guidelines
• Persuasion, Motivation and Communication skills
• Adoption of Best Practices – MBPS
• Establish strong partnership with fractal management & non-production suppliers
