Your Experience & Qualifications

• Prefferred to have mechanical background
• Experienced in operating core builders and fin mill machines Operate machine manual mode to step through process and troubleshoot
• Coordinate, assign responsibilities and technically lead change overs to completion to good part Approve change over setups and product quality
• Trouble shooting (use 5W method) proceeding logically
• Ability to understand program & equipment interface
• Capable to adjust tooling as needed for proper production set up
• Drive improvement process for core build operations
• 1ST level assistance to all corebuild job setters
• Perform repairs, upgrades and FM's on the machines
• Will have instructional authority of corebuild & fin mill for technical issues Monitor/troubleshoot all corebuitd and fin mill defects including backend results
• Responsible for training and skill level of job setters Responsible for tooling condition and cleaning plans
