Technical Service Manager
Your Contribution
As a Technical Service Manager, you will lead technical support activities for the French market, ensuring expert assistance, high-quality documentation, and continuous improvement of our aftermarket services.
- Handle and resolve technical complaints while ensuring clear communication with customers.
- Provide expert hotline support and guided troubleshooting across our product portfolio.
- Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, bulletins, and internal materials.
- Prepare and deliver technical trainings in person, online, and through digital platforms.
- Support European projects focused on digitalization, e‑learning, and service innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs, share insights, and improve processes.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Technical background (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, mechanics, or automotive technology.
- Solid knowledge of thermal management, A/C systems, and engine mechanics; workshop experience is a plus.
- Strong command of MS Office; SAP and digital training tools are an advantage.
- Fluent French and professional English required; German is appreciated.
- Excellent communication, customer orientation, analytical thinking, and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Autonomous, well‑organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
