Your Contribution

 

  • Conduct regular field visits to garages, customer branches/outlets, fleets, and technical schools across the MESA region to promote MAHLE products and services.
  • Deliver product presentations, technical training, workshop sessions, and support plant tours; represent MAHLE at customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain strong, compliant partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, fleets, and technical schools while supporting sales teams to reach regional targets.
  • Promote new products, workshop equipment, marketing campaigns, and sell-out activities, ensuring MAHLE standards are consistently implemented at garage and outlet level.
  • Gather and share insights regarding competitors, market trends, product feedback, and opportunities/risks with Area Sales Managers and Key Account teams.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and maintain up-to-date technical and promotional information for customers.
  • Assess and decide on accepted/rejected/goodwill technical field claims (in alignment with Technical Service) and support parts identification, cross listings, and product range expansion initiatives.
  • Work closely with Technical Service, Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Product Management to coordinate actions, plan visits, and execute regional market plans.
  • Plan travel routes, visit schedules, and market activities in a cost-effective way aligned with regional priorities and annual activation plans.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in large automotive organizations, ideally with hands-on technical service or field experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket products and workshop equipment; qualification such as KFZ-mechatronics (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (all required for this region).
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and digital reporting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, market awareness, and customer-focused commercial thinking.
  • Able to deliver clear technical explanations, training, and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.\
  • Team-oriented approach, strong adaptability, and readiness for extensive travel.
  • Clean driving license and full availability to travel across North/West Africa and the Middle East (50%+ Travelling Time).
