Your role & responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of commercial policy in his/her market and implement it
  • Deploy the commercial policy defined by the company (products, promotions, customer offers, etc.) and lead the distributor's sales force
  • Regular visits to customers with a view to maintaining and developing market shares
  • Achieve the sales objectives defined on its market and possibly on other products that may be requested while respecting the budgetary objectives for turnover and margin (compliance with commercial policy) while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to Management of new customer needs with a view to constantly ensuring product stock in line with customer needs
  • Identify profitable business development opportunities while preserving margins
  • Ensure competitive monitoring and reporting (analyzing the results of the market and products, monitoring prices, etc.)
  • Ensure the link with other departments in MAHLE company.

 

Your skills & strengths:

  • Around 2 years of experience in a similar role in international company
  • Higher education in business or related field
  • Very good language skills: French, English, Dutch
  • Technical knowledge of the automotive sector and the Aftermarket environment will be a plus
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Availability for frequent travels
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: very good communication, active listening, negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently but also with other teams/departments  
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
