Head of Operations

Your role & responsibilities:

• Design the overall supply chain strategy and ensure the operational implementation of validated action plans, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of the company
• Manage and develop the team
• Ensure the coordination and cooperation of all supply chain contacts, both internal and external (coordinates delivery, reception and warehouse management activities with the Warehouse Manager)
• Organize and synchronize logistics activities according to customer requirements and supplier constraints
• Monitor the implementation and execution of logistics action plans and check proper application
• Supervise customer relations activities to guarantee the quality of customer service
• Manage QHSE, ISMS and facility management activities
• Monitor and participate in the preparation of the budget

Your skills & strengths:

• Bachelor's degree in logistic, transport, supply chain or production management
• At least 3-4 years of experience in management
• Very good French and English language skills
• Knowledge of operational technologies (SAP would be a plus) and their application in production
• Mastery of continuous improvement approaches
• Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators
• Soft skills such as managerial skills, time management, ability to prioritize tasks, communication skills, problem-solving skills, responsibility and analytical thinking
