BU1 Powertrain and Charging

Your Contribution:

 

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Mahle’s global standards and local business needs.
  • Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing costs.
  • MRP - Material Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory and maintain optimal safety stock.
  • Logistics Operations: Manage warehousing, transportation and supplies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

 

Your Experience and Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

 

Minimum Requirement:

 

  • Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
  • Strong communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions. 
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills: to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and manage conflict. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focused and results oriented. Attention to detail.
  • Responsible and organized, Logical thinker.
  • Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
