Job Description: -

  1. Promote CIP culture inside the plant.
  2. Leads cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Performing gap analysis to the processes and recommending Improvement.
  4. Drives mixed model value stream implementation projects with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  5. Use appropriate problem-solving tools to provide rapid improvement with sustainable results.
  6. Ensures adherence to standard processes for data collection, documentation, and reporting.
  7. Plans budget and manages costs related to operational excellence initiatives.
  8. Directly supervises, trains and mentors’ full-time CI assigned resources.
  9. Building project plan to CI projects, including resources, timeline, critical paths, etc.
  10. Managing diverse CI strategies for transactional and/or manufacturing operations.
  11. Participating in operational continuous improvement reviews with Local and/or Regional Management. 

Qualification: -

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations required.
  3. Green, Black certification in Six sigma.
  4. Must have thorough understanding of cycle time reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, productivity, throughput improvement and VAVE.
  5. Hands-on experience using Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, TQM).
  6. Proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects.
  7. Project management experience.
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  9. Be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills in planning and organizing to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  10. Advanced problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
