Master Scheduler

Your Tasks:

• Provide weekly manufacturing schedule to manufacturing departments and update on a daily basis/by shift if necessary.
• Act as information resource between Customer Service and Manufacturing departments.
• Serve as a substitute customer service representative.
• Maintain and monitor 12-month rolling sales forecast by item. Load forecast via SUP. Make analysis of a realistic forecast for a proper material planning.
• Regulate WIP and FG inventory of manufactured parts. Advise adjustments, implement corrective actions to reduce WIP inaccuracy.
• Perform job and other related activities as specified by all QS-9000 procedures.
• Set up production control systems for the automotive industry. Check with manufacturing and logistics the daily/weekly/monthly results.
• Assist with projects involving inventory reporting and accuracy.
• Generate production reports for other operation departments/logistics departments.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing desired.
• Past EDI experience is desired.
• 3-5 years in Logistics/Master Scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• CPIM desirable.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software.
