Master Scheduler
Your Tasks:
- Provide weekly manufacturing schedule to manufacturing departments and update on a daily basis/by shift if necessary.
- Act as information resource between Customer Service and Manufacturing departments.
- Serve as a substitute customer service representative.
- Maintain and monitor 12-month rolling sales forecast by item. Load forecast via SUP. Make analysis of a realistic forecast for a proper material planning.
- Regulate WIP and FG inventory of manufactured parts. Advise adjustments, implement corrective actions to reduce WIP inaccuracy.
- Perform job and other related activities as specified by all QS-9000 procedures.
- Set up production control systems for the automotive industry. Check with manufacturing and logistics the daily/weekly/monthly results.
- Assist with projects involving inventory reporting and accuracy.
- Generate production reports for other operation departments/logistics departments.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing desired.
- Past EDI experience is desired.
- 3-5 years in Logistics/Master Scheduling.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- CPIM desirable.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software.
- High flexibility
