Validation Engineer

Your Roles&Responsibilies

- Define and develop test and validation strategy andmethods for automotive traction drive motors- Plan, coordinate system testing and validationactivities to ensure meeting project scopes

- Evaluate customer requirements related to systemtesting and product validation

- Create test plans for system testing and validation inaccordance with internal and OEM standards

- Create specification for product validation and alignwith customer, internal departments and externaltesting service providers

- track system testing and validation status, reportprogress and results

- Interface between customer, project team, andtesting department / external testing service providers

- Continuous improvements to testing and validationprocess.

Your Skills&Strengths

- At least bachelor's degree in electronics,mechatronics, E-drive technology or a comparablefield

- Excellent knowledge in automotive traction drivesystems (focus on electric motor, preferred electricmotor with inverter), system testing and productvalidation

- Experience in planning and coordinating systemtesting and product validation for automotive traction Systems

- Good knowledge about project management

- Good knowledge about requirement managementusing tool (e.g. Polarion, PTC, Doors)

- Well structured work style, excellent communicationskills, high ability to integrate into interdisciplinaryinternational teams, results orientated, analytical &innovative problem solving skills

- Fluent written and spoken Englishdrive systems

- Experience in electric motor test specificationaccording to automotive product validation standards

- Experience in testing of automotive traction drive
