Test Engineer

Your Roles & Responsibilities：

1. 负责试验室的测试任务的执行开展，计划节点控制，报告撰写等工作。

This position is responsible for the execution of Lab test tasks, timing plan control, report writing, etc.

2. 负责测试工作的具体开展，确保测试任务准时完成；

Take responsibility for details test tasks, make sure the test tasks are completed on time

3. 对测试质量，进度和结果负责，并编写测试报告；

Responsible for the test quality, progress, result, and report writing

4. 支持特殊测试需求开发；

Support the new special functional test request

5. 与马勒不同试验室沟通协调，同步更新测试方法；

Alignment with Mahle global test lab, updated the latest testing methods

6. 熟悉TS16949/ISO17025，支持相关测试流程文件编写等

Know well TS16949/ISO17025, take responsibility for document of testing process

Your Skills & Strengths：

1. 必须具备汽车行业试验室测试工作经历

Must have working experience in the automotive industry Lab

2. 熟悉AVL测功机台架，有动力总成测试经验者优先

Familiar with the AVL Dyno bench, experience in powertrain system testing is preferred

3. 具有较强的问题解决能力

Strong problem-solving skills

4. 具有良好的团队合作精神

Self-motivated, good team player.

5. 具有较好的英语口语及书面表达能力

Good English skill in verbal and written
