Responsibilities:

• Take the ownership to develop the parts according to project timing, including tooling kickoff, OTS sample, PPAP evaluation and smooth ramp-up
• Conduct audit activities at supplier plant, such as VDA6.3 process audit, PPAP audit, 8D audit, to ensure the stability of supplier process and quality system
• Responsible for material quality issue, track supplier 8D activities
• Review the cause analysis of suppliers to ensure the effectiveness of corrective measures
• Create incoming inspection criteria and WI, provide relevant training to IQC
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree major in mechanical or electrical 
• At least 5 year of the experience in Supplier Quality Management field
• Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activities
• Familiar with IATF16949 and core tools
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
