Your Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for OBC's software project management.  Design software development planning, such as development schedule, progress controlling, software R&D cost and resource planning

Lead software teams in software requirements management, configuration management, change management and software quality audits

Design the software development plan in accordance with customer delivery milestones, assign the task to each software development team and monitor the development status

Identify software risks during project development, monitor and track software issues and risks

Coordinate with the software team to troubleshoot and resolve internal and client issues

As the window interface to the customer and work with the systems department to understand the customer's requirements

Organize regular meetings with customer to communicate and co-ordinate software related plans, schedules and deliverables status

 

Your Skills & Strengths

Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive / Electronics / Power Electronics / Software Engineering

10+ years’ experience in Automotive / Power Conversion industry

At least 5 years of SW project management experience in global OEMs on power electronics product

Experienced in embedded software development. minimum 1 years of OBC software designs experience

Good corporation and communication skill cross locations

Familiar with the process and methodology of requirements management, development management and test management, with the ability to manage the whole life-cycle of the project

Proficient in the use of software project management tools such as project management, process management, problem management and configuration management tools

Strong communication skills and co-ordination skills to ensure effective transfer of information

Experience with automotive software development process including requirements, design, coding and testing. Familiar with software process standards such as CMMI, ASPICE, Agile, etc.

Fluent spoken and written English
