Senior Design Engineer

Your Contribution

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for PZDRD mechanical design team products (ECP, EPS, Actuator, E-Compressor etc.) design 3D model/ 2D drawings.

• Responsible for mechanic, hydraulic, thermal and electromagnetic product design and construction, 3D Modeling and 2D, tolerance analysis
• Cooperation with Technical Project Leader, Product and Project Managers and Application/Product Engineers to develop products in accordance with the valid processes (e.g. PDP, XPDF)
• Cooperate with Plant Release engineer for the model impact design work of customer change notice
• Support with product engineer for VAVE&IPCO activity.
• Cooperate with CAE team and good learning the FE-analysis ability.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronic engineering or related.
• Knowledge of thermal, mechanical, hydraulically and electromagnetic product designs and development process.
• Experience within the field of automotive supplier product development.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Design for Manufacturing & Desing for Cost.
• Experience with e.g. ECTR, TEAMCENTER, WINDCHILL, NX, CREO, UG or CATIA.
• Knowledge of materials (e.g. polymers, aluminum, copper).
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools (ISO, IATF, VDA and similar)
• Good English, Strong communication, Time-management skills
• Intercultural competence
