PCB Layout Engineer

Effective January 1, 2025, MAHLE has merged its former business units “Engine Systems and Components”, and “Electronics and Mechatronics” into the new business unit “Powertrain and Charging”. With this change MAHLE will consequently strengthen its strategic field of electrification by connecting the focus areas of efficient electric motors and intelligent charging to the Group’s competencies from over 100 years of experience in engine systems and components.

Your Contribution

• Create new PCB footprint and schematic symbol for new design
• PCB placement as the schematic and the machine drawing which provided by mechanical engineer
• Set up review meeting for the PCB placement review, make updates on the PCB design as the review comments
• Trace routing after placement review, and set up review meeting again when the trace routing finished
• Export Gerber files and other PCB specifications for PCB manufacture
• Create PCBA specifications and BOM files to vendor for PCBA production
• Give feedback for the EQ which from PCB vendor
• Solve problems which from PCBA vendor during production process
• Create, store and release all the files of PCB & PCBA
• Assist electronic engineer in doing test when get PCB prototype, and make updates on the previous PCB as the test results

Your Experience & Qualification:

• Automotive electronics experience of minimum 3 years
• Major in Engineering
• PCB Layout experience on HV & LV system
