NVH Engineer

Your Contribution

As an NVH Engineer, you will be responsible for product NVH validation test and analysis, make validation report. Day-to-day technical issue solving, NVH technical support to product development and warranty return analysis.

And support to HV product development

• 进行主观和客观的噪声振动评价，利用设备进行汽车机电一体化类产品的测试

To conduct subjective and objective NVH rating, tests and evaluation on automobile mechatronics products with NVH equipment;

• 制定噪声振动测试的方案，进行新车型的台架试验和路试；

To develop NVH test procedures to meet customers’requirements.；

• 与产品和应用工程师一起提出噪声振动的优化解决方案；

To work with PE and AE for NVH optimization solutions；

• 执行噪音振动分析以及产品的改进；

Perform noise vibration NVH analysis as well as product improvement;

• 执行噪音振动分析售后件，协助质量工程师进行根本原因分析;

Perform noise vibration NVH analysis for warranty returns, work with QC to perform the root cause analysis

• 和研发，设计，质量部门的协调和沟通;

Coordination and communication with R&D， design, quality departments.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 机械工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering ， vibration and acoustics or any other comparable final degree;

• 具有3年以上NVH领域工作经验

Over 3 years work experience in NVH field;

• 熟悉噪声测试设备

Familiarity with at least one of the NVH equipment e.g. Dyno., LMS, Head Acoustics, B&K, Agilent and corresponding analysis software is necessary;

• 旋转机械NVH工作经验优先

Rotary machine NVH work experience will be a plus;

• 有创造性的技术解决方案

Creativity for technical solutions;

• 熟练的英文口语及书面能力

Fluent in both oral & written English ;
