Your Roles & Responsibilities：

Technical management of mechanical project team for series development of components for power electronics products

Project partner for the customer & internal project manager, as well as assuming technical responsibility from mechanical side for the product to be developed

Planning, milestone tracking and risk management to monitor development progress in terms of deadline, function, cost, quality standards, as mechanical interface to project manager, other RD discipline teams, purchasing team, operation team, quality team

Presentation of work results and project status to management

Alignment with System TPL for technical requirement and status

Creating of development documents

Planning and coordination of all work packages at the mechanical level from the clarification of the requirements and architecture to the requirement tests according to the development process and standards

Planning and approval of sample deliveries, as well as drafting & coordination of the release conditions with management & customers

Preparation and moderation of working groups to solve technical problems and conflict situations about planning and resources

Support for ME simulation, FMEA, BOM

Your Skills & Strengths：

Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related

More than 6 Years working experience in the field of mechanical design for power electronics products

Preferable working experience as mechanical project leader 

Planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and structure, strong communication skills, assertiveness and networking and conflict management skills

Experiences in mechanical development process

Experiences in diecasting part, stamping part and plastic part design

Basic knowledge in thermal, vibration and sealing

Good English skills in written and spoken

Intercultural competence
