Effective January 1, 2025, MAHLE has combined its former business units “Engine Systems and Components”, and “Electronics and Mechatronics” in the new business unit “Powertrain and Charging”. This way, MAHLE will strengthen its strategy field of electrification by allowing the focus areas of efficient electric motors and intelligent charging to benefit from the group’s over 100 years of experience with engine systems and components.

The holistic development of piston systems and cylinder components has been a core competence at MAHLE. Our deep understanding of interactions between engine components is key to deliver optimal solutions to our customers. MAHLE powertrain products are used around the globe in two-wheeler vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and large engines. Development and production of high-quality engine systems and components for motorsports, supercar and high-performance vehicles as well as large and small engine components for leading engine manufacturers are also integral part of this business unit.

Electronics and mechatronics components are playing a crucial role in enhancing powertrain efficiency and the transition towards e-mobility. With its electric drives, power electronics, control units, actuators and auxiliaries, MAHLE provides a broad offering of innovative solutions for electrification.

Your Contribution
As a Lead Product Engineer _ eCompressor, you will adopt a proactive approach in eCompressor component development and release.
 
•    Lead eCompressor China development projects
•    Work with project team for eCompressor Development, mainly focus on R134a/R1234yf, R290 compressors
•    Work on VAVE plan of compressor components
•    Support production line, problem solving
•    Develop component validation plan

Your Experience & Qualifications
•    Bachelor degree or above, with Electrical engineering background
•    Strong Scroll Compressor design capability/experience
•    More than 8 years of Components development experience
•    Strong understanding of eCompressor operation system
•    English comprehension, reading, speaking will be a plus
