Head of System Engineering

Your Contribution

As a Head of System Engineering, you will be responsible for main contact person related to overall system development topics..

• 计划管理系统组资源，确保项目资源的有效到位。

Plan and manage system project team resource, to ensure the availability of required resources.

• 计划协调和追踪所有系统级别的工作, 确保系统组按照开发计划完成任务。

Plan coordinate and track all system level activities, to ensure system tasks are finished according to time plan.

• 负责需求定义与分析，包括需求收集、分析、分解、管理及跟踪。

Definition and analysis of requirements (requirements engineering)

• 负责Inverter产品客户问题及内部开发问题的跟踪、协调、分析与解决。

Responsible for tracking, coordinating, analyzing, and resolving customer issues and internal development issues related to inverter products。

• 建立并维护系统功能架构和物理架构,运用基于模型的系统工程（MBSE）方法进行系统建模与设计。

Set up of functional and physical architecture and Model-based Systems Engineering (SysML)

• 支持系统验证、系统集成以及系统集成测试活动。

Support System Validation, System Integration and System Integration Test

• 将系统需求和开发任务分配给开发团队中的各专业领域（硬件、软件、机械、测试等），并明确工作包及交付内容。

Allocation of tasks/work packages to the different disciplines in the development team

• 协调系统功能和特性的开发与实施，确保跨部门协同和项目目标达成。

Coordination of the implementation of the system functions and features

• 开展项目及产品成熟度评估，跟踪开发进展并推动关键里程碑的实现。作为硬件、软件、机械及测试团队之间的技术接口，协调跨专业领域的沟通与合作。

Maturity assessment, Interface with hardware/software/mechanics team

• 组织推动设计成本优化和保证产品的设计可制造性。

Organize design to cost and for manufacturing

• 支持失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）相关活动，识别并降低产品风险。

Support of FMEA activities， reduce the product potential risks.

• 主导功能安全和技术安全相关活动，确保产品符合相关安全标准和法规要求。

Lead Functional and Technical Safety activities

• 负责系统团队的能力建设及人才梯队搭建

Responsible for the capacity building of the system team for electronic control products

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 了解产品规格和应用,APQP,PPAP,TS等质量工具知识

Understanding of product specification and applications; APQP, PPAP, TS and other Quality tools knowledge

• 8年以上相关产品系统经验；精通汽车电子产品开发流程(如V模型)，对ASPICE有深刻理解和实践

8 years related system development experience. Proficient in the development process of automotive electronic products (such as V model), with a    deep understanding and practical experience of ASPICE
