Application Engineer

Your Contribution

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for new product development and application. Technical window for suppliers, customers and internal team.

And support to HV product development

• 根据客户的应用程序和要求领导或支持新项目开发；

Lead or support new project development according customer’s application &requirements.

• 管理与释放技术文件，包括2d和3D数据、规范以及DFMEA等；

Manage and release technical documents like 2d/3D data, specification, DFMEA and so on.

• 从电磁和结构角度审核产品设计，以达到设计意图和客户需求，以及准备用于客户和内部交流的展示文档等；

Review product design from electrical magnetic and structural aspects to fulfill design intension and customer’s requirements, prepare technical presentation to customer and internal team.

• 基于客户端、制造端以及供应商端的问题解决，并改善设计，以提高质量性能和节约成本；

Trouble shooting according to customers, manufacturing and suppliers’ issues, and improve design to benefit quality performance and cost saving.

• 管理并跟踪内部DV、PV或其它测试，审核或评估测试结果并签发释放。必要的话，现场支持客户端的验证和测试；

Manage and track internal DV, PV or other testing, review/evaluate the results and sign off the reports. Onsite support customer validation or testing if necessary.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 机械工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering ， vibration and acoustics or any other comparable final degree;

• 机械或机电工程，三年以上汽车行业电机或相关产品开发工作经验；

Mechanical or electromechanical engineering, at least 3 years work experience in electrical motor or related products development in automotive area

• 对BLDC电机有较深的理解和认知

Deep understanding and knowledge of BLDC motor

• 了解产品规格和应用；APQP，PPAP，TS等质量工具知识；

Understanding of product specification and applications; APQP, PPAP, TS and other Quality tools knowledge.

• 熟练的办公软件操作技能，Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook等；

Good Office tools skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

• 熟练的英文口语及书面能力

Fluent in both oral & written English ;
