Your Contribution 岗位职责

As a Lead Product Engineer _ eCompressor, you will adopt a proactive approach in eCompressor component development and release.

作为电动压缩机高级产品工程师，您将积极主动地主导组件的开发和发布。

• Lead eCompressor China development projectsWork with project team for eCompressor Development, mainly focus on R134a/R1234yf, R290 compressors.

领导压缩机中国的开发项目，与项目团队一起开发压缩机，主要关注R134a/R1234yf， R290压缩机。

• Work on VAVE plan of compressor components.

制定压缩机部件的VAVE方案。

• Support production line, problem solving.

支持生产线，解决问题。

• Develop component validation plan.

制定零部件验证计划。

Your Experience & Qualifications 岗位要求

• Bachelor degree or above, with Electrical engineering background

本科及以上学历，电气工程专业背景

• Strong Scroll Compressor design capability/experience

较强的涡旋压缩机设计能力/经验

• More than 8 years of Components development experience.

有8年以上零部件开发经验

• Strong understanding of eCompressor operation system

熟悉压缩机操作系统

• English comprehension, reading, speaking will be a plus

良好的英语理解、阅读能力，具备口语能力更佳
