汽车SQE工程师

Main Accountabilities：

1. Follow PDP procedure to launch export business project/APQP activities on time, on quality, on cost.
2. Coordinate resolution of supplier quality problems with plant.
3. Drive suppliers’ continuous improvement programs.
4. Administer corporate and departmental procedures, required documentation and files.
5. Maintain effective relations with peers, colleagues and management.

Professional Competence:

1. University degree with a major in engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of supplier quality management in automotive industry TIER1
3. Demonstrated knowledge of electronic components supplier manufacturing processes, procedures, facilities and equipment
4. Demonstrated knowledge of 5 quality tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
5. Proficient in drawing reading and interpretation and part measurement
6. VDA6.3 certificated auditor is preferred.
7. Project Management skill
8. Proficient oral & written English skills, Prefer understand Japanese/ German
9. Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies and procedures
10. Demonstrated skills of quality problem solving

3. 具备电子元件供应商制造流程、程序和设施的知识
4. 具备5种质量工具（PPAP、APQP、MSA、SPC、FMEA）的知识
5. 精通图纸阅读和解释以及零件测量
6. VDA6.3认证审核员优先。
7. 项目管理技能
8. 精通英语口语和书面表达能力，最好懂日语/德语
9. 了解公司和部门供应商的质量标准、政策和程序
10. 具备解决质量问题的技能
