Your Contribution:

 

As Quality Manager you will communicate the Quality Mind-set, policies, procedures, specifications, government and industry standards to ensure the product and manufacturing processes is in alignment with those requirements.  You are going to be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of internal processes, examining products to determine their quality, engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback.

 

  • Ensures work environments are safe, organized, and meet legal obligations.
  • Reviews customer product specifications, procedures and warranty contracts, ensure compliance to those requirements.
  • Ensure manufacturing documentation includes customer and internal requirements to ensure first time quality product.
  • Oversee inspections of products and provide training of team members requiring guidance.
  • Support new product launches and advance development projects to identify opportunities for improvement and deviations from current quality standards.
  • Compile feedback from customers and prepare reports communicating customer satisfaction.
  • Environmentally and socially astute, always considering opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and supporting community activities/events.
  • Ensure training and support growth in team members’ career path.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Direct experience in similar role and industry.
  • Experience with quality systems (ISO-9001).
  • Strong team leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality inspections.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
