Transaction Manager Corporate Real Estate

Your Contribution:

Responsible for managing global real estate projects, including the representation of company interests in negotiations aimed at achieving various objectives such as:

• Concluding and/or optimizing contracts for the acquisition and disposal of real estate (transaction management) as well as lease-in and lease-out contracts and sub-lease agreements
• as well as internal coordination of issues across departments
• Responsible for controlling quality, cost and deadlines
• Leading internal and external project teams
• Controlling and consulting across the entire life cycle of a property
• (from acquisition to disposition) from a technical and commercial perspective
• Methodical support of site operators (Germany) in the planning and implementation of quality controls
• Consulting on the subject of operator responsibility
• Preparing feasibility studies as well as profitability calculations (DCF), maintaining a global network management system in the area of Corporate Real Estate Management and Transaction Management between brokers, valuers, institutional and private investors, and the Mahle business units

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics
• At least five years of professional experience in Corporate Real Estate Management with a focus on national and international valuation
• Excellent project management skills
• Results-driven and assertive
• Able to act independently and think innovatively, and to understand and solve complex challenges
• Able to demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive approach as well as a strong business mindset
• Strong persuasive skills when interacting with supervisors, internal customers and external partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in business English, as well as a high level of commitment, initiative and quality awareness
