Your Contribution

 

  • Lead end-to-end HR IT initiatives across Europe, including system implementations, information lifecycle management, and process transformations
  • Ensure full compliance with global HR IT standards, GDPR, and local regulatory requirements
  • Define project scope, milestones, governance, risks, and dependencies; steer delivery and escalate critical issues
  • Coordinate and align country HR teams, IT, Legal, Data Protection, Finance, and external vendors
  • Act as a regional point of expertise, providing guidance and best practices to country HR teams
  • Develop and maintain standardized process documentation (SOPs, guidelines, playbooks) with audit trails
  • Apply global testing strategies, oversee test execution, defect resolution, and production readiness
  • Support HR systems lifecycle activities including change requests, releases, and upgrades
  • Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and training related to HR IT compliance and systems

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of experience in HR IT systems, compliance, governance, or process management in a global or multi-country environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-country HR IT projects with end-to-end accountability
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, HR data protection, and information lifecycle management
  • Experience with testing, quality assurance, and release management based on corporate methodologies
  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications such as SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Data Privacy/Data Governance are a strong plus
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural collaboration skills
  • High level of self-organization, analytical thinking, and results orientation
  • Business-fluent English; additional European language is an advantage
