Specialist HR Process & System Management Europe - Regional CoE
Your Contribution
- Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region, helping to optimize HR processes and systems.
- Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams, translating business needs into digital solutions.
- Support and enhance HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests, with a focus on UKG and SAP HCM.
- Work closely with international stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global CoEs, and external partners.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support.
- Bring a consultative mindset while taking ownership and maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation and problem-solving.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments.
- Good understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
- Fluent English.
