Specialist CoE Learning Provider Management & Reporting Europe
Your role & responsibilities:

Ensure regional implementation of global Learning & development strategy (incl. processes, concepts, tools/ systems, templates, etc.) with focus on provider and reporting topics

Understand regional/ local business targets and legal/ audit requirements and translate it into regional/ local Learning concepts/ processes/ KPIs/ provider applying the global Learning standards

Design, steering and execution of regional/ local, target group specific Learning processes, provider and reportings (if required) in addition to global Learning offers

Manage and steer regional Learning resources (e.g. provider, KPIs etc.) to fulfil the strategic priorities

Enable and consult (regional/ local) HR Business Partners/ ERP and SSC in regional/ local Learning topics, reportings and processes

Anticipate, analyze and utilize Learning trends in Europe, foster continuous improvement
Your skills & strengths:
-
Master's degree with a focus on human resources management, psychology or similar

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry

Experience in designing strategic Talent Development concepts, processes, dashboards and targeted Learning offers

Solid experiences in steering Learning projects

Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Secondary language skills are a plus
