Specialist (m/f/d) HR Reporting & Analytics Europe - Regional CoE
Your Contribution
- Drive the regional HR reporting analytics to support business decisions based on HR KPI's for Europe
- Monitor and analyze actions delivered on the regional and country level for all relevant HR metrics
- Lead the process ownership and conceptual development of HR reporting and analytics
- Ensure proper deployment of global guidelines for HR Reporting and Analytics including concepts, methods, and processes regarding functional HR reports
- Define regional reporting structure including required regional and local reports in collaboration with global CoE
- Ensure quality of regional data for regular and ad-hoc HR reporting
- Support the budget planning process
- Deliver regional KPIs for reporting e.g. headcount, FTE, attendance/absenteeism, employee turnover, and additional KPIs as required by HR and Business stakeholders.
- Analyze and provide context for any regional data especially in the event of irregularities, develop hypotheses from business problems
- Provide appropriate reporting and analytics for government requirements
Your experience & Qualifications
- Completed advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant field
- Minimum of 2+ years working experience in one or more areas related to Data Science, (HR) Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Strategic Workforce Planning in large scale organizations, ideally in the automotive industry
- Proficient knowledge of HR Reporting & Analytics concepts and Key Performance Indicator Development methodology
- Excellent communication, networking and knowledge sharing skills
- Focused on continuous learning
- Ability to work efficiently with hands-on personality
- Strong change and customer value-add mindset
- Solution-oriented
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Solid experience with HR IT Systems, ideally with SAP
- Proficient English skills both spoken and written
