Specialist (m/f/d) Global HR SSC Employee Engagement

Your role & responsibilities:

• Assist with data management in preparation for annual Employee Engagement surveys, e.g. consolidation and checks of employee and organizational data
• Manage user access rights to the survey results dashboard on a global scale
• Support creation of standard reports of project-related KPIs and survey results
• Coordinate documents in the global project team, e.g. translation files
• Manage requests and inquiries of global project team and users globally as first level support
• Coordinate system administration & IT set-up, e.g. global system testing phases
• Work with a global project team to further develop and promote the survey process

Your skills & strengths:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with employee surveys, HR data management or HR IT, ideally in an international environment
• Solid experience in structuring and managing large volumes of data
• Strong analytical and methodological skills
• Strong business acumen and experience with stakeholders at different levels
• Experience in working in international projects and/or organizations
• Business fluent in English
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
