Senior Specialist SuccessFactors &HRIS System Integrations - Corporate CoE HR Process Systems Mgmt
Your Contribution
· Ensure correct and stable data integration between SuccessFactors and connected HR/business systems (SAP, UKG, Omada, middleware), working closely with IT.
· Oversee MAHLE’s Talent Hybrid Integration and maintain deep functional understanding of SF features and technical architecture.
· Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and evaluate impacts, risks, and dependencies for change requests.
· Coordinate global SuccessFactors releases—including planning, impact analysis, testing, and alignment with IT providers.
· Lead global test management across all cycles (Unit, Business, UAT, regression), ensuring high-quality documentation and auditability.
· Govern SuccessFactors Advanced Analytics and Story Reporting, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and model consistency.
· Develop reporting concepts aligned with global talent management needs and support key stakeholders in analytics usage.
· Prepare stakeholder-ready impact analysis, technical guidance, and release recommendations, ensuring clear communication.
· Maintain global process documentation, training materials, technical integration docs, and support enablement across HR functions.
Your Experience & Qualifications
· Strong SuccessFactors functional expertise (Talent modules, data models, permissions), including hands-on configuration and integrations.
· Solid understanding of HRIS integration concepts, system data flows, and middleware scenarios (SAP, UKG, Omada).
· Experience conducting technical impact assessments, managing integration performance, and resolving technical issues.
· Proven experience in SF release management, including planning, testing coordination, and post–go-live monitoring.
· Advanced test management capabilities with end-to-end documentation, quality assurance, and audit readiness.
· Knowledge of SF Advanced Analytics and Story Reporting, including data lineage, naming standards, and access models.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-experts and collaborate across global teams.
· Structured, reliable, analytical working style with the ability to operate in dynamic release cycles.
· Education in HR, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience; strong English skills (German beneficial).
