Senior Specialist Global HR SSC HR Reporting & Analytics
Your Contribution
System and Process Support
- Manage assigned regular administrative tasks
- Prioritize incoming requests, based on their importance
- Handling of reporting requests and queries from different stakeholders
- Escalate issues, as needed, to Global Process owners, Center of Expertise, Employe Relations Partner, HR Business Partner or other functions
- Performing quality checks, addressing irregularities to the responsible local HR and following up on corrections
- Perform User and Access Management for the MAHLE global HR Reporting systems and support on user issues
- Support and work together with the global CoE HR Reporting & Analytics Team on all topics related to the global HR Reporting processes and projects
- Provide regular feedback for updating Q&As, improving processes etc.
Communication, Enablement & Stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies
- Act as experienced specialist for HR Reporting & Analytics
- Provide a high level of customer service to employees and other stakeholders
Reporting & Data Analyzing
- Prepare, update, release, distribute standard / frequent (monthly/ quarterly / semi-annual / annual) HR reporting and report packages
- prepare, update, release, distribute global KPIs and reports / HR Dashboards
- Prepare and distribute ad-hoc / on-demand reports and analyses
- Prepare legacy / audit related HR reports and deliver to respective stakeholders
- Support for global CoE Reporting & Analytics to consolidate HR Headcount planning and the tracking during the year on global level (starting after full implementation of the HR transformation project HR Next)
- Support for global CoE Reporting & Analytics to consolidate CoE Reporting & Analytics budget (planning & tracking)
Your experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years working experience in one or more areas related to Data Science, (HR) Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Strategic Workforce Planning in large scale organizations, ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience in international collaborations e.g. global projects etc.
- Experience and dealing with stakeholders on different levels
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems with a major in Human Resources or comparable education
- Ability to work efficiently with hands-on personality
- Strong change and customer value-add mindset
- Solution-oriented
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Solid experience with HR IT Systems, ideally with SAP
- Proficient English skills both spoken and written
