Senior Specialist Corporate CoE Talent - Project Management

Temporary contract: 2 years

Your role & responsibilities:
• Global project steering, management and coordination of different related project topics, team members and stakeholder
• Tracking of project activities with a dedicated project plan, key performance indicators and derivation of recommendations for action 
• Creation of project communication (creation of various communication, results, decision and management documents)
• Escalation management with different interfaces (e.g. IT) and stakeholders
• Conception, design, realization, implementation and validation of project activities and measures
• Leading and moderating international meetings, workshops and working groups
• Define, maintain and track project/topic budget
• Support on different Talent Management topics and stakeholder management (e.g. communication, presentation, organization)

Your skills & strengths:
• Successful completion of economics and/or educational studies related to personnel (e.g.human resources management, business administration)
• Excellent analytical, methodological, and conceptual skills with hands-on mentality
• Profound experience in Project Management
• Experience in modern Talent Management solutions and processes are welcome
• Independent, very structured and precise way of working
• Very good communication skills (spoken and written) and sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders in fluent English; German language are plus
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge in the automotive industry
