Your role & responsibilities:

 

  • Define global processes, tools and guidelines related to Performance Management

  • Analyze process execution in SAP Success Factors based on KPIs. Derive and implement measures for process execution according to corporate standard

  • Create appealing training content to enable stakeholders for process execution

  • Deliver key-user trainings following a train-the-trainer concept

  • Connect, manage, and enable a global community of HR Business Partners and Talent Managers on Performance Management topics

  • Advise global business functions on performance management related issues

  • Manage and monitor global implementation of our global Talent Management Processes (based on SAP Success Factors)

  • Conduct Performance Management process for certain target groups (top-management) and document in related IT systems

  • Anticipate, analyze, and utilize global trends for Performance Management

  • Manage interface to related topics and processes e.g., compensation

  • Contribute to global Talent Management related projects

 

Your skills & strengths:

 

  • Completed advanced studies with a focus on Human Resources Management or Psychology

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in strategic-conceptual HR development work in an international business environment

  • Experience in the design and implementation of modern Talent Management tools and processes

  • Knowledge of innovative methods and concepts in the field of Performance Management and people assessment methods

  • Ideally experience in project management of change processes

  • Eager to be working with international HR colleagues

  • Diligent and self-motivated way of working

  • Good team player with strong communication skills, quick comprehension and flexibility

  • Independent, very structured and precise way of working

  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Excel

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially the module Performance & Goals)

  • Business fluent in English
