Temporary contract: 2 years
Your role & responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Talent Cycle (Performance & Talent to Value Management) implementation for dedicated countries
- Monitor and track global project management activities, e.g., project plan and to dos, preparing meeting materials
- Create presentation templates and relevant material for the Talent Cycle implementation in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Steer training sessions, workshops and working groups with different global stakeholders
- Support testing and verifying Performance & Talent to Value processes in SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals and Succession & Development modules)
- Support country rollout teams with content and process related questions
- Analyze data, create reports, and provide KPIs for steering and success tracking
Your skills & strengths:
- Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in HR within an international business environment ideally in the automotive industry
- Solid experience in the design and implementation of modern Talent Management tools and processes
- Profound experience in global Project Management
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
- Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English
