Senior Specialist (m/f/d) CoE Total Rewards Europe
Your role & responsibilities:
- Implement and align the regional and country specific Total Rewards strategy with the globally defined approach for Monetary & Non-Monetary Benefits, Job Structure, Pensions and Compensation
- Support European and country HR leadership as the person responsible for Total Rewards in Europe
- Drive and consult on country/ regional Total Rewards process harmonization and assure process efficiency
- Prepare and support the annual salary review process for the European countries in alignment with the global Total Rewards regulations and processes
- Maintain country salary bands and perform evaluations based on the HAY grading methodology
- Serve as a point of contact for consulting HR Business Partners and Managers on Total Rewards inquiries
- Drive projects to further develop the attractiveness of remuneration & benefits packages
- Support the definition of regional / local Monetary Rewards programs in line with the global MAHLE 'New Work’ guideline (e.g. company cars, local health insurance, income replacement)
Your skills & strengths:

Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a major in Human Resources or Organizational Development or comparable education

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in an international environment

Experience in dealing with senior level stakeholders

Experience with job architecture, job grading methodologies, ideally the HAY Methodology

Understanding of different cultures and working across organizational and functional boundaries

Experience with working on projects in an international environment

Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis

Solid organization, planning, and communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel

Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, secondary language skills are a plus
