Your role & responsibilities:

  • Take over regional responsibility for the Performance Management and Talent to Value Management process (incl. potential and succession management) in Europe 

  • Act as regional key user and main contact for all process and system related questions with regards to performance management, potential and succession management

  • Implement, manage and steer the yearly performance management cycle incl. performance & development dialogues and calibration conferences 

  • Consult and deliver trainings to enable different stakeholders e.g. HR Business partners in Europe for process execution 

  • Bundle and consolidate regional requests to be shared with global team and interact with global community on Performance and potential & succession related issues

  • Anticipate, analyze and share regional trends for Performance and Talent to Value Management

 

Your skills & strengths:

  • Completed advanced studies with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations 

  • Experience and very good knowledge in Talent Development processes and interdependencies, especially concerning performance management, talent reviews and succession planning 

  • Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with senior level stakeholders 

  • Good team-player with cross-functional thinking, intercultural collaboration skills and a global mindset

  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity

  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Solid experience with Talent Management Software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Secondary language skills are a plus
