Your role & responsibilities:

  • Develop regional Development Programs applying the global Development standards in addition to the global programs and manage these programs
  • Understand and translate regional business targets and legal requirements into regional Development strategies
  • Select, contract, manage and monitor service providers for Europe
  • Promote regional Development Programs in alignment with the global Development communication and support the promotion of global Development Programs in the region
  • Define, maintain and track the regional Development Program budget
  • Enable HR Business Partners to consult business functions on Development Programs for Executives and Managers
  • Review and continuously improve existing regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the global Development standards
  • Create reports on regional Development Programs for various stakeholders including the Top Management
  • Contribute to global and regional talent related projects
  • Anticipate, analyze and utilize regional Learning and Development trends
  • Monitor and analyze regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures

 

Your skills & strengths:

  • Completed advanced studies with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry 
  • Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted Development offers
  • Experiences in steering international Talent Development projects, processes and standards while dealing with stakeholders at different levels
  • Having agile and creative mindset 
  • Ability to challenge ideas and concepts
  • Good problem solving and cross-functional thinking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results
  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Solid skills in Candidate and Talent Management Software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development, Learning)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Secondary language skills are a plus
