Senior Specialist (m/f/d) CoE Engagement & Belonging - HR Communications

Your contribution:

• Develop and steer a global HR communication strategy aligned with business and HR priorities 
• Define communication standards, guidelines, governance frameworks and KPIs
• Steer planning, creation and publication of HR communication content across channels 
• Ensure alignment and compliance of global HR communication initiatives 
• Manage global HR communication budget and governance processes 
• Consult HR functions, project teams and leaders on communication activities 
• Build and enable a global HR communication community and knowledge-sharing network
• Continuously improve communication concepts and leverage new trends and tools

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or comparable field 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee, internal or HR communication 
• Experience in developing communication strategies, standards and campaigns 
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in international environments 
• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality 
• Excellent communication, presentation and content creation skills 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style 
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
