SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant for Talent and Compensation
Your role & responsibilities:
- Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
- Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing
- Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation
- Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
- Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or onpremis applications
- Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects
Your skills & strengths:

Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education

At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors

Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)

Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors

SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial

Fluent in English

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to prioritise and understand business impact of IT system
