SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant for Talent and Compensation

Your role & responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
• Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing
• Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation
• Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
• Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or onpremis applications
• Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects
   

Your skills & strengths:

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education

• At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors

• Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)

• Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial

• Fluent in English

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to prioritise and understand business impact of IT system
