SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant for Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding

Your Contribution:

  • Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment 
  • Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
  • Solution design, customization, implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
  • Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or Add-On’s 
  • Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects 

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education
  • Around 3 years of experience in advising and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
  • Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors as a platform
  • SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial 
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
