SAP FI Consultant (Invoice specialist)

Your contribution:

As Service Owner for Electronic Invoicing, you will take end-to-end responsibility for MAHLE’s global e-Invoicing services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple SAP landscapes and countries.

• Ownership of global e‑Invoicing service (operations, performance, compliance)
• Coordination of support across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
• Main contact for stakeholders and external providers
• Monitoring KPIs, incident management, and continuous improvement
• Driving global rollout and transformation of standardized e‑Invoicing solutions
• Onboarding new countries and entities in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and IT governance
• Maintaining key service documentation and audit readiness
• SAP FI support and end‑to‑end integration with MM, SD, CO
• Identifying and implementing automation, harmonization, and process improvements

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Proven SAP FI consulting experience (configuration & support)
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and integration with MM/SD
• Experience in ECC6 and S/4HANA environments
• Experience in IT service/application ownership
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following e-Invoicing frameworks: • Argentina – AFIP e-Invoicing (Factura Electrónica / CAE clearance model) • Brazil – NF-e (SEFAZ) • Mexico – CFDI (SAT) • Poland – KSeF • Germany – XRechnung • France – Factur-X • Romania – RO e-Factura (ANAF platform) • Turkey – e-Fatura • China – Golden Tax / / Fully Digital e-Fapiao  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and global coordination skills
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (BMC Remedy/Helix)
• Familiarity with output technologies (SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAPscript – plus)
• Ability to manage documentation, governance, and compliance
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment
