Your Contribution:

Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
Prepare and review month end closing reports and provide analysis
Perform controlling activities from various areas
Conduct various analysis of data, report findings, implement actions and monitor progress
Support planning and budgeting activities
Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations
Support process optimization and standardization
Create and update process manuals documentation
Participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements

Your Experience & Qualifications:

University degree in finance or related studies (min. bachelor degree)
Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge desirable
Work experience of 2-5 years in controlling - experienced medior
Experience in a production company is an advantage
High service orientation and ability to work in a team
Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
Good communication and presentation skills
Pro-active approach and self-motivation
Very good English, German is an advantage
