Onsite Services Specialist

Your Contribution 

• Administer and maintain local IT infrastructure, software, and Data Room systems.
• Provide hardware and software support, including troubleshooting and computer reinstallation.
• Manage IT inventory, procurement processes, and relationships with external suppliers.
• Prepare and distribute hardware for new employees.
• Manage Avaya application and local phone numbers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and TISAX requirements.
• Participate in global IT projects and support the company’s global IT strategy.

Your Qualifications and Experience 

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant work experience).
• Experience in IT support, system administration, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Experience with IT asset management and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT security standards and corporate compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
