Office Coordinator/Assistant (3 months)
Your Contribution:
• Reception Service & Visitor Management
• Supply management: Ordering of office, catering, hygiene and other materials
• Office and equipment management coordination (cleaning, repairs and improvements)
• Post and document management
• Travel support: Booking of employee travel via travel agency; approval of advance payments; provide general support for travelers
• Procurement support: Initiation of purchase requisitions, confirmation of goods receipts
Your Experience & Qualifications:
• High communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and problem-solving mindset
• Cooperative team-player
• Reliable and self-organized with attention to detail
• Good English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Teams)
• Eager to learn and willing to take the initiative
