Your contribution:
- Be responsible for managing assigned human resource functions for Serbia
- Act as a consultant and advisor to management in the functional areas of human resources
- Support growth of business in Serbia
Governance & Strategy
- Act as HR Partner for defined business lines in Serbia, providing the support related to HR processes & policies
- Cooperate with Managers in the business supporting them from topics related to all of the areas of human resources such as performance management, employment practices, compensation management, professional development and employee relations
- Provide direction and feedback to assigned personnel and ensure providing development opportunities
- Make recommendations for changes and improvement to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies, process and procedures in order to provide continual improvement and effectiveness
- Researching and developing new policies, procedures and processes
- Participate and be in charge of the development, implementation and evaluation of department projects and goals
- Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the Belgrade SSC
- Responsible that all legal requirements will be fulfilled and adhered to, and the activities in Belgrade location will be executed in a fully compliant and Audit proof way
Communication, Enablement & Stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with the internal and external partners
- Lead innovation and drive the change in a positive way, always challenging the status quo while actively developing the team to perform at its best
Your experience and qualifications:
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the role of HR Business partner or HR Manager
- Experience in a global company (multi-sited) with exposure to leading edge HR practices
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR and ticketing systems would be an advantage
- Fluent English, additional language will be considered an advantage
- Leadership skills with intercultural and diverse teams
